A fully equipped independent apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, just a few steps from the old town of Martigny and its shops. Less than 600 metres away you'll find the Gianadda Foundation and its Roman remains, and the Bourg train station serving Verbier and its ski areas.

The public pool, tennis courts and the central square are all within a 15-minute walk, and the bus stop is 100 m away. Ideal for a family stay, cultural and/or sporty.

On the first floor of a house that also includes the owner's apartment, you'll enjoy a large, light-filled space: a living room topped by an office corner on the mezzanine, a lovely fitted kitchen with a sliding door onto your private terrace, a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and terrace access, and a shower / WC.

On the mezzanine, the second bedroom has two single electric beds, with the option of adding a cot.
